What products do you offer?
1000s of products! We specialise in custom apparel, promotional merchandise, and corporate gifts, including t-shirts, hoodies, workwear, hats, tote bags, and more.
What types of decoration do you use?
We use a number of different ways to decorate your items. We use vinyl, transfers, embroidery and sublimation. The sublimation is mostly for the personalised gifts.
Where do you source your t-shirts?
We source our t-shirts and other apparel from a number of UK suppliers. Items are shipped to us very quickly, normally in 2 days.
How do i care for my t-shirt/ product?
We advise you to wash them inside out, in a cool wash no more than 40 degrees. We would advise against using softener. Do not tumble dry.
Will the print last
Yes! The vinyls and transfers we use are professional quality. With correct care the prints will last years!
Can I supply my own garments for printing?
Yes, but they must be approved by our team to ensure compatibility with our printing methods. They must also be clean!
Can I see a sample before production?
Yes, we can provide a digital mockup. Physical samples may be available upon request but we only do this for larger orders.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
We provide discounts on bulk orders. The more you order, the more you save.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity depends on the product and printing method. Generaly there is no minimum but the more you order the lower the price. Contact us for specific details

Shipping Information
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Delivery of your order depends on production time plus shipping time. it also depends on shipping method picked
What shipping methods are available?
If we are shipping smaller orders we will ship with An Post. They are surprisingly fast and most deliveries arrive within 2 days of shipping.
For larger orders we ship with a courier.
Do we ship internationally?
We ship worldwide! We are happy to supply you no matter where you are in the world. So get ordering!!
How can I get my order?
We ship worldwide and are happy to help with this. However if you are local you can all into our shop in Donegal Town and collect.
How long does it take to process an order?
Standard turnaround is typically 7-10 days (though we try to get orders done sooner), but rush orders may be available upon request. This incurs an additional fee.

Can I return or exchange a custom order?
Since custom orders are made to your specifications, we do not accept returns unless there is a defect or printing error.
How can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to cancel or change your order you need to contact us as soon as possible as if production has begun on your order there would be nothing we could do. Call us as soon as you realise there is an issue on 0833042719
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 10 days, and we will work to resolve the issue.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only provided in cases of defects or errors on our part.
