From Idea to Finished Order

- 02 - QUANTITY & SIZESTell us approximate quantities and clothing sizes. Mixed sizes can often be included; some orders can combine garment styles.
- 03 - SEND YOUR LOGO OR ARTWORKSend your logo, design or artwork. Vector AI, SVG or PDF files are preferred; JPG and PNG can also be accepted. Avoid screenshots.
- 04 - PRICE & BRANDINGWe confirm products, quantities and branding requirements. Price depends on product, quantity, branding method and selected options. Larger quantities can reduce unit price on many products.
- 05 - APPROVEDigital mockups can be provided for checking before production where appropriate. Physical samples may be available on request for some larger orders.
- 06 - PRODUCTION & DELIVERYOnce details and artwork are approved, production begins. Timing varies by product and branding required.

Is there a minimum order?
Minimum quantities can vary depending on the product and branding method. Many products can be ordered in small quantities, while others may have minimum requirements. Contact us if you are unsure about a particular product.
Can I mix clothing sizes?
Yes, group clothing orders can often include a mix of sizes, and some orders may also combine different garment styles. Contact us if you need help organising your order.
What artwork files do you need?
Vector artwork such as AI, SVG or PDF is preferred where available. JPG and PNG files can also be accepted. Avoid screenshots where possible. If you are unsure whether your artwork is suitable, contact us and we can advise.
Will I see my design before production?
Digital mockups can be provided so you can check your design before production where appropriate. Physical samples may also be available on request for some larger orders.
Is embroidery or printing better?
It depends on the garment, design and intended use. Embroidery is commonly used for professional logos on polos, fleeces, jackets and workwear, while printing can work well for T-shirts, hoodies, hi-vis and larger or bolder designs. We can advise on the most suitable option.
Do you offer bulk pricing?
Pricing can depend on quantity, product options and branding requirements. Larger quantities can reduce the unit price on many products. Contact us or use the Quote Basket where available for pricing on your requirements.
How long will my order take?
Turnaround depends on the products, quantities and branding required. Standard orders are typically around 7-10 days, while promotional and quote-only branded products should generally allow at least 2 weeks. Production time is separate from shipping time. If your order is time-sensitive, contact us before ordering. These timings are estimates, not guarantees.
Can I collect my order?
Yes. Local collection is available from our Donegal Town shop. Delivery options are also available, including An Post and courier services depending on the order.
Can I reorder later?
Yes. Repeat uniform and workwear orders are straightforward once your logo has been set up, making it easier to order clothing for new staff or additional team members.

Collect your completed order from our Donegal Town shop or choose delivery. Larger orders may be sent by courier, while other orders may use An Post depending on the order and delivery option. Production time is separate from shipping time.
