Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over €70 to Ireland and the UK.

Domestic Shipping (Ireland & UK)

Standard Shipping €5 – €17 3–5 business days

Express Shipping (An Post) €11 – €20 1–2 business days

Rates vary depending on the size and weight of your order.

International Shipping

We ship to 27 countries worldwide.

Please note that international delivery times may vary depending on your country and local customs processing. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.

Personalised & Custom Items

Many of our products — including custom slates, personalised mugs, custom t-shirts, and communion items — are made to order. These items require additional production time of 3–5 business days before dispatch.

Total estimated delivery time for personalised items:

Ireland & UK Standard: 6–10 business days

Ireland & UK Express: 4–7 business days

International: 10–19 business days

We'll always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, especially for time-sensitive occasions. If you have a specific deadline, please contact us before ordering.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number (if required). You can track your parcel using Parcel Panel directly from your order confirmation.

Processing Times

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. During busy periods (e.g. Christmas, Mother's Day), please allow extra time for both production and delivery.
